Members of the Independent Scrutiny Of Police Complaints Panel today attended a well informed , educative and professional standard Induction Training Workshop at Avon and Somerset police headquarters . The workshop will equip us ,( ISPCP ), to be the voice of our local people in scrutinising and holding the Chief Constable to account and thus ensuring effective and efficient policing that serves our whole community. It also provides us with a platform and a better idea of how to oversee and scrutinise the process of investigation and complaints against the police on behalf of the public. I am absolutely delighted and proud to represent mama Salone.
